How to read this map
- Every heading in the book's own table of contents is a node here, down to the smallest lettered sub-entry. Under each node is a short plain-English summary of what that section actually says, and the printed page it starts on.
- Page numbers are the printed page numbers of the Dar al-Basha'ir edition, which match the PDF page numbers exactly. A range runs through the page on which the next section begins, because a section usually ends part-way down a page rather than at a page break.
- One correction: the index prints the ijaza section at p.83, which is impossible. The heading is really on p.74, checked against the page itself.
